Directions

1. Set oven to 180 °C and grease a small bread pan.
2. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until well mixed.
3. Pour into bread pan. Sprinkle some seeds of your choice on top.
4. Bake for 30 minutes. Test with a knife or oven pin to ensure it's cooked before removing it from the oven.
5. Allow to cool in the pan and then tip it out to fully cool down.
